Transparent Labs Hydrate includes the addition of performance-enhancing ingredients, offering a more comprehensive alternative to electrolyte drops, with a clean formula, free from banned substances.

Is it bad to consume electrolytes when not physically active?

Can you consume too many electrolytes?
Yes, it's possible to consume too many electrolytes, leading to imbalances and health issues. It's crucial to balance electrolyte intake with your level of activity and overall diet.

When is the best time of day to consume electrolytes?
The best time to take/drink electrolytes depends on your activity level and needs. Before or during workouts helps maintain performance, while post-workout replenishes lost minerals. A morning dose can support adequate hydration, and on hot days, sipping throughout may be beneficial. Bottom line? Listen to your body—staying ahead of dehydration is key to peak performance and overall well-being.

Is it OK to consume electrolytes every day?
While electrolytes are essential for bodily functions, they should be consumed in moderation. Daily intake is recommended for active individuals, but it's important to avoid excessive consumption.

How do you tell if your electrolytes are low?
Signs of low electrolytes include muscle cramps, fatigue, dizziness, headaches, and dehydration. If you’re sweating heavily, feeling weak, or experiencing irregular heartbeats, your body might be lacking key minerals like sodium, potassium, and magnesium.
